This Privacy Policy describes how Aleksandr Novoselov (“I”, “me”, or “my”) collects, stores, and uses information about you across all of my mobile apps, games, PC software, and products available on other platforms. Information Collection
Your information may be collected upon your initial use of my apps, games and/or other Services and my website. Personal data may include (but not limited to) your name, country and region, address, email address, device information, app usage, and gameplay information. I use this data to provide you with a better overall experience in my apps, games, and/or Services for the purposes of optimization, preventing fraud, and for marketing and advertising. In more detail, the information collected includes how you use my apps, play my games (such as item usage and how many of them were used, levels attempted, and purchases made), and any information you authorize when creating an account within the app, game, or service and when connecting your social network accounts.

• whether you exited the game on a specific level or completed it.
• the score you earned on levels.

• in any communication between you and me, I may keep a record for the purposes of providing you with the most accurate response to your inquiries and improving your experience with my app.
• information from other group companies or other third-party companies who have your consent or have other legal rights to share the information you have authorized with me (advertising networks and publishing partners, platforms). This may include your interests, other apps you used, other games you played, demographic and general location information. I will use this information as described in this Privacy Policy.
• purchase history on behalf of my payment service providers to keep a record of whether the purchases were successfully completed. I do not collect credit card information.
• the type of your device, IP address, your game ID when using the app, and the country or region in which you play.
• If you choose not to connect your social network accounts when using my apps and/or games, I will collect anonymous information and still there will be device level identifiers and other information described here.
I may ask for your consent to collect additional information from you or your device in certain circumstances. If I engage in any such activity, I will inform you of the information I intend to collect, the purpose for collecting it, and how I will use it.
For other purposes, I may share your information with third-party publishers who develop and provide apps, games, and/or other Services on my behalf.

There are various third-party marketing partners I use when I market my apps and/or games across media channels. Advertising
My apps and/or games include third-party advertising for their products and services. My partners and I use your information to improve advertising and targeting, to measure the relevance of third-party ads shown in my apps and/or games. Information I may have about you includes ad identifiers and other non-personal information collected from your device, how you interact with my apps, games, and/or Services, app usage and gameplay information, your age, country or region, gender, and other information collected from third parties with legal right to share it with me. This information is used to ensure that you only see ads that may be of interest to you.
Advertising Partners
Non-personal identifiers and other information collected from your device when you use my apps, play my games or use my Services are shared with advertising partners in order to technically deliver ads to your device. Such information may be combined with information collected by my advertising partners themselves to serve you more relevant ads and to enhance the accuracy of their targeting.
Ad Identifiers
I use ad identifiers that are non-permanent, non-personal identifiers such as the Android and/or Apple's ID for advertising associated with your device, and similar technologies such as tracking pixels within ads to provide interest-based advertising. These technologies enable me and my third-party advertising partners to recognize you and your device, allow my Services to interact with a third-party social network or platform and help my payment processors carry out your payment instructions.
How to reset your preferences for advertising
You may reset your ad identifier being used for interest-based advertising by changing the settings of your device usually found under "privacy" or "ads". The full use of my Services may not be available if you choose to adjust your preferences.

Right of Access
If you wish to know which information I collect and hold about you, please contact me so I can verify your identity to provide you with requested information. If the information contains personal information about someone else, I may not be able to provide all of the information you have requested.
Information Correctness
If there is any information I hold about you that you would like to correct, please let me know at info@happymagenta.com, I will make corrections as soon as possible.
Data Deletion
If you wish to delete any information about you, please contact me, noting that in order to complete the process you must delete my apps and/or games from your mobile devices. There may still be some information that I will be still holding for other purposes, such as protecting legal rights or maintaining financial records and marketing suppression lists. Any anonymized forms of your information may also be retained.
Account Deactivation
You can deactivate the account you created in my app or game by contacting me. Please note that I may request additional information, such as your mobile device details, and that once your account is fully deactivated, any unspent virtual items may not remain.
Social Sharing Features
My Services may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools that enable you to share actions you take in the apps with other media. You must be over the minimum age limit prescribed by the legislation in the individual jurisdiction to use such social sharing features, which may, depending on the settings you choose with the relevant entity, share information with your friends or the public.

To use and/or play my apps, games and/or Services you must be over a certain age depending on where you live. For the full list of age restrictions by country, please see below. I do not knowingly collect personal information from, or direct or target interest-based advertising to, anyone under the ages set out below. I also do not knowingly allow such persons to use my apps, games, and Services. If in any way such personal data has been processed under the age set out below, please contact me so I can delete that information as quickly as possible.
